Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage AI-driven DevOps workflows, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks. This role will focus on deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI/ML models while ensuring operational efficiency, security, and reliability in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML model deployment and cloud applications.
• Automate and optimize ML model training, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Ensure seamless AI/ML deployment using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
• Monitor and enhance model performance, drift detection, and automated retraining processes.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation to optimize cloud security and operations.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices, integrating security tools into DevOps workflows.
• Work with AI/ML engineers, security teams, and developers to streamline AI infrastructure.
• Utilize logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure performance and security.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in DevOps, with AI/ML deployment expertise.
• Certifications (Preferred): AWS/Azure DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Certified Administrator (CKA), TensorFlow or ML Ops certification.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, etc.).
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go) for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices.
• Experience with ML Ops frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
• Deep understanding of security automation and AI-driven threat detection.
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and observability.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and excellent collaboration skills.
