We are expanding our team and looking for a Junior Business Developer to drive sales, build relationships, and support business growth.

Job Overview

As a Junior Business Developer, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for a motivated and ambitious individual who wants to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Assist in building and maintaining client relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Support the sales team in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct industry research to identify trends, competitors, and potential partnerships.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with client interactions and deal progress.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and business meetings to expand brand presence.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years in business development, sales, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong motivation will also be considered).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales trends.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, lead generation, and sales processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Interest in technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English & Dutch (additional languages are a plus).
