We are expanding our sales team and seeking a driven Internal Sales Representative to help grow our client base and drive business success.
Job Overview
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into customers. This is a great opportunity for a sales-driven professional who wants to thrive in a tech-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients, introducing them to our products and services.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, lead progress, and sales status.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts to convert prospects into sales.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Work closely with the business development team to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Support post-sales processes to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the management team.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales, telesales, or a similar role (experience in cybersecurity or tech sales is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Interest in technology, cybersecurity, and IT services is a plus.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Dutch (additional languages are a plus).
